This blog is to share my ADD experiences to help people understand ADD as well as help others with ADD.Who am I?
I am a male in my mid-30’s, my name is not James. I am married and I have two children. My wifes’ name is not Stephine and my girls names are not Jane (10 months old) and Sophia (3 years old). I am a computer programmer and have been since 1997. We live in the New England region of the United States.
I was first diagnosed with ADD in 1995 after having a turbulent year in college. I shrugged it off as too much drinking and drugs and that everybody is absent minded. It wasn’t until 2004 that I sought out help.
